My path to Pilates & Yoga
Movement has been a part of my life since childhood.
Thanks to years of ballet training, I've learned to develop discipline and stamina. As a complement to ballet, and driven by the need for additional, gentle muscle building, I discovered Pilates. For me, Pilates is the key to combining my passion for movement, fitness, and beneficial physical exercise. Regular Pilates training has given me a healthy body awareness and sense of well-being, improved my posture, and consistently helps me regain physical strength and power.
I discovered my fascination with yoga through travels in Asia and America. I was captivated by the holistic approach that unites body, mind, and soul. I knew immediately that yoga would be a lifelong companion. For me, yoga is not only an excellent physical workout but also touches me deeply through the philosophy and way of life behind it.
